OneClickPod ("the service", "we") is an automated podcast editing tool at oneclickpod.app, operated by SingularityLabs Inc, USA. By signing in and using the service you agree to these terms.
You upload an audio recording; the service transcribes it, suggests edits (pauses to shorten, filler words, noise, pacing), lets you review and adjust those suggestions, and produces an edited audio file you can download. Automated suggestions are exactly that — suggestions. You decide what ends up in your final audio, and you are responsible for reviewing the result before publishing it anywhere.
Access is by invitation, using Google sign-in. Keep your Google account secure; activity under your sign-in counts as yours. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
You keep all rights to the audio you upload and to the edited results. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your files, process them through the steps described in §5, and deliver the results back to you.
You promise that you have the necessary rights to any audio you upload — your own recordings, or recordings you are authorised to edit — and that your content is lawful.
To provide the service, your audio passes through a small set of processing partners, each doing one job:
We don't sell your content or your personal data to anyone.
Your episodes remain in your account until you delete them. When you delete an episode it disappears from your account immediately. We may retain internal copies of processed material for a period afterwards to operate, maintain and improve the service, and for backup and dispute purposes.
Processing is metered in audio minutes. New accounts receive free starter minutes. Additional minutes are sold in one-time packs via Stripe; prices are shown at purchase and may change for future purchases (never retroactively). Minutes are deducted when processing starts and automatically refunded to your balance if processing fails. Purchased minutes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Don't upload content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to use. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, or access other users' content. Don't resell access without our written agreement.
The service is provided "as is", in active development. We aim for it to work well, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free results, or that any particular feature will remain unchanged. Automated editing can make mistakes — always review your final audio. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claims connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can stop using the service and delete your episodes at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms; unused purchased minutes will be refunded pro-rata if we terminate without cause.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
